I need a cheap dimond grille screen door and these guys beat everyone by a mile. Door is of great quality, fits great and looks amazing! I couldn't recommend enough!

I have never come across a worse customer experience in my whole life! (and I worked in service and sales for over 7yrs). I am amazed BHS is still in business with how they are treating their customers. I originally contacted the business through a referral, and one of their employees, Ron came out to do up a quote for me for a lowset queenslander, which included factoring for casement windows (which I understand can be slightly tricky to fit security screens) but any regular business would have treated the challenge as a great opportunity to earn a little extra $$$ for the hard work. I was working to a strict 35 day timeline, so time was clearly of the essence. After getting all measurements Ron assured me I would have the quote within 24-48hrs before starting on the job. I did not hear a single thing for 3 weeks in regards to my quote, and I was forced to ring every 3 days to follow up the eta, to which BHS ducked my calls, or just said "I will take a message and get one of the guys to call you back". After 3 weeks, I FINALLY got a hold of Ron, who said

"Oh, I have decided I do not want to do this job".

"When were you going to tell me this?" I asked in frustration..

"I'm telling you now" replied Ron.



The least BHS could have done was tell me in a timely manner that they were either too busy, or too lazy to carry out the job they promised they would do. I HIGHLY urge everybody to steer clear of this company, to avoid the headaches I am now going through, trying to organise someone else to do the job in a very short notice.
