Very impressed with the prompt and friendly service from Jamie. He sorted our plumbing issues on the same day that I called. I will be sure to use Hendricks Plumbing again.

Mari and his sons have been doing work for us for over 15 years now across 2 properties. They are very reasonable, respectful and clean. They are great around pets and have been found to eat their lunch while having cuddles with the cats.

They also do all types of plumbing, so we never have to work out who to use for a specific job as they do it- heating, roofing, toilets/bathrooms, hot water etc.

Came promptly after a phone call the previous day and Hendriks Plumbing fixed the problem.

We recently had the floor in our kids toilet replaced after it gave way. I was amazed how quickly Mari & Jamie turned up to help the builder find the cause of the floor issues, and they found that the previous owner had squashed a cistern gasket and misfitted the toilet when they installed it themselves.

They came back promptly after the new floor and tiles were installed, and Jamie thoroughly tested the toilet after refitting with new parts, determining that there was still a small leak which would need some new parts. It was end of day before a long weekend, and he said he'd aim to be back 8am the next business day. Based upon my previous experience with plumbers I didn't hold high hopes for that, but he was true to his word: on time, fast, and such a neat job. I asked him about another small job with a sagging gutter on his way out and he kindly told me a simple fix that I could do myself! Other plumbers I've engaged before would have cashed in on that. I received their invoice: no travel time, no over inflation of hours or materials.

I'll be using these guys from now on for any plumbing work we need.

Our 30 year old septic system was playing up - the leech field was no longer working and overflowing. Mari provided expert advice and in consultation with council we engaged him to build 4 new pits and drains on our property. The install was done in one day and signed off by council with a permit soon after. The pricing was reasonable for such a large project and he worked efficiently and hard. Would definitely recommend.

We use Hendriks Plumbing for all our properties, they're prompt and reliable and have even popped out same day when there is an issue with a leak or to replace a water heater. Always impressed by their work, can highly reccomend!

Plumber came and went straight to the toilet. He made a disparaging remark about the type of cistern it was and he couldn’t hear the sound of the water running at all. He was reluctant to

go outside and when I directed him to the water metre he said it was hard to expose. When he conceded that I was losing 1litre every 3 mins he suggested that someone inside was running a tap. I assured him again that I was alone. And no, the dishwasher, washing machine etc wasn’t running. He spent about 20mins shining a torch under the house and refused to move a pot right in front of where the sound was coming from. (I’m post surgery and not supposed to lift anything over 4kgs) I said ‘isn’t that wet near your hand?) I was referring to the hand holding the torch. He said ‘No!’ I said, ‘Are you sure as everything else looks dusty, but that looks moist’. He said no it wasn’t wet. At that point I just thanked him for his time and asked how much I owe him. It was clear from the moment he said he couldn’t hear the ‘running water’ that he was not interested in doing the job. In the interests of saving time, he should have just been honest and said he was not interested in getting under the house to fix the problem! In my experience, there are 2 types of plumbers… those that will get under a house, and those that won’t!!! And this guy WONT!

Hendriks plumbing provided excellent and prompt service. They installed our septic system and our new house plumbing. We will definitely use them again!!
