      Worst customer service in the market

      I recommend you never ever call these guys, I had an accident a couple of days ago, we asked them to tow it to our mechanic and he'd sort it from there, they insisted that they take it to their yard they run out of, they did not show up to the car until 3, the crash was at 8. While my car was on the tow truck I requested as I rightly so can to have it towed to tweed smash repairs and they didn't as they wanted my money and business so much they were to fight for it with the insurance company. Well it's now 2 days In and my car is still not at tweed smash repairs and also my car has not been assessed even tho I need it asap. Horrible service, horrible team

      Although these guys could not help me out they were more than helpful with searching the system to find who would have one and offering suggestions of who else to contact. The way it used to be when calling a wrecker, rather than what seems to be the standard these days of no service at all!
