We’ve never really let adversity get in our way. Back in 1976 when Alan Gardner started this business, he could see financial hardship coming to his dairy farm & sought a way out.Teaming up with Philip Bowden, the 2 men forged ahead with making a business for themselves, establishing a thriving quarry operation from pretty much nothing except a small gravel pit.
