      You should always wear a mouthguard for contact sports, like rugby. We highly recommend a mouthguard for limited contact sports, like lacrosse or horseback riding, and you don't need a mouthguard for non-contact sports, like tennis.


      How long should I brush my teeth?

      You should brush for two to three minutes, two times a day.

      Good dentist but over priced by about 50%

      My experience with the dentist was fine but upon having a tooth extraction to find out it cost $400 for a simple removal and no more then 5 minutes worth of work was ridiculous. I don’t have experience with there other services but if you want an extraction here your going to pay top dollar…. Yes they want to “help” help clean your bank out for something so simple. They should be ashamed.

      Best Dentist

      I have been seeing Nina and Alan since I was a kid. Still coming now in my 30s even though I no longer live in the area, I wouldn't see anyone else. Gentle, caring and extremely friendly. The only dentist I'll see twice yearly for a clean and check up!

      Fantastic Service.

      My family and I have been going to Queen St Dental for so long. My oldest son was ten years old he is now in his thirties.I was so happy to find Nina and the team because I have a son with Autism and patience is required. I can't thank you enough Nina.
