We aim to deliver an outstanding service to our patients. Our group of radiologists are highly trained and experienced in all diagnostic modalities and sub-specialties. Synergy Radiology was founded by our partner radiologists, over 10 years ago.
Our radiologists encourage direct communication with referring doctors and are happy to discuss individual cases whenever further advice or details are requested. We acknowledge medically urgent cases, on a same-day basis. We have multilingual staff. We provide female radiographers and sonographers, who require specialised women’s imaging.

Where does my doctor find my results?
The referring doctor can access results directly via their Practice Manager Software (PMS) or Via their Medinexus web portal login https://dd.medinexus.com.au/WEB/login.aspx?f=29 (Please change URL description to Medinexus login).
Where do I find my results?
For patient access: https://www.myhealthdiary.com.au/ (title URL My Health Diary).
My practice is having issues downloading electronic reports. Who do I need to contact?

Do I need to download an app to see my results?
You can access your results via the web link or by downloading the app at the app store or Google Play when you search My Health Diary.
How do I prepare for my scan?
This will be confirmed at the time of booking your appointment. No booking or preparation is required for a general X-ray.

Do you Bulk Bill?
We automatically bulk bill any health care card holder or pensioner for Medicare rebatable scans.

The ladies in the MRI scan room are;
Magic, calming, caring, patient, attentive, efficient, knowledgeable staff.
They put my concerns & anxiety at ease. They take the time to make sure you are ready & go through all questions.
The headphones with music was an excellent experience. One I recommend highly.
Plus the use of squeeze control buzzer, if for some reason you cannot go through the entire scan.
The ladies at front reception are friendly & very efficient & knowledgeable.

All staff were immaculate in the way they communicated, friendly, informative, helpful, delightful & efficient making it a pleasant experience for me & I'm sure for all that visit. I will highly recommend. What an awesome team. Owner is blessed to have them all.
