They will push the delivery for so long that you won't get the item in time for your baby arriving. The ETA is not real, they will give you every excuse. They are doing this and undercutting other businesses so you buy from them, then you will want to cancel the order to purchase one from another store, but then they want to charge you a cancellation fee. Buy from a reputable business instead; do not use bubs and grubs. I will never purchase from here again; they threaten legal action when you leave an honest Google review. What pregnant woman needs that kind of stress? So unnecessary - and they don't actually go through with it, so more evidence they are liars again. Buyer beware.🫠

Both myself and my colleague have purchased all of our baby gear here and found the girls fantastic to deal with. The deals were great value. We both got package deals from them and no one would come close in price.



You could tell it was a family business because they went the extra mile with advice and phone call updates and follow up to make sure we were happy with everything.



The car seat was installed and done professionally.



I recommend them highly.

Read the 1 star reviews, trust me. Do not order anything online from this company. If you have a problem, or something is delayed, you will be threatened with legal action or harassed via email late into the night. Steer clear of this place!

If there were -5 reviews I would had given them. Order online and after ordering said it will take about 4 months to get the product. Asked for refund, can’t refund or cancel my order, they wanna give store credit which is not useful for me. WON'T SHOP AGAIN WITH BUBS N GRUBS.

I have been here many times over several years and also purchased online for my grandchildren. Every time, the service and the advice from them has been excellent.



All of my family shop here and we all keep going back to them.



You can tell that they are a family business by the way that they get to know their customers personally.



Their products are great and they know their products well. They also know us all and go out of their way to make sure we are buying the right products to for us and the babies so that we do not waste money on the wrong things.



I highly recommend them ans thank all of their people who work there for being so good to us!

After a terrible experience at a new baby store in the valley, this was a breath of fresh air!



Rather than trying to convince us to buy a pram that didn't do what we needed, these guys asked us lots of questions, worked out the best one for us and did a great deal on an UPPAbaby Vista!



Because of this - we ended up asking about cots and car seats and ended up spending a lot of money buying everything from them.



We will be back for all the other little things. This is now my "go to" baby store!



The amount of help and advice was amazing and I now understand why they have been so successful for so many years. As first time parents, we were and are very happy.

We received great advice and the staff member spent a lot of time with us in the store. We saved a lot of money and they were not pushy. In fact they told me not to buy certain things and showed me items that did mutilple things in one (3 in 1) so we saved money there too.



The pram I bought also is awesome as it can even be used when I have a second child.



We learned a lot in a single visit, we will be back!

One star is far too high. Go elsewhere, you’ll highly regret shopping here and there are plenty of stores with the same products and customer service that actually cares.

I was on the look out for an Urban Glide 2 as my baby has outgrown his capsule set up, so I am looking for a stroller with urgency. After ordering a stroller and having it cancelled and refunded due to delivery delays with another baby store, I found the Bubs N Grubs website which had my product and also claimed fast delivery. They stated on their delivery / availability that if a product was urgent to call directly to ensure they had stock which I did. I spoke to a kind man in the Brisbane store “Brian” who assured me that they had no delivery delays on his end and I should put my order through. It would reach me in a week at the latest. I reconfirmed with him the urgency on my end and that I would not put the order through unless we were sure that the stroller would reach me in the agreed time (1 week) to which he continued to reassure me that it would be fine and I could put my order through. He said he would look out for it. The following day, I received a phone call after I had put my order through advising that in fact they would not be able to deliver until mid to late Dec / early Jan (4-6 weeks away!). I requested a refund to which the lady on the phone requested I put this through in writing via their help desk, which I did. The response I received from their help desk was abrupt and the “support representative” accused me of never speaking to anyone on the phone as they claimed they had recorded phone lines. I have evidence of my call history which I attached to the subsequent messages, however in short the “representative” who I believe was their owner Frank, flat out refused to refund me. As you’ll see in most of the other reviews here, Bubs N Grubs have a habit of selling stock they don’t have, and then using their very unethical terms and conditions (which is a dynamic link you need to click into at time of purchase) to protect them. Consumer law states that customers should receive their goods within a reasonable time frame, 4-6 weeks is not reasonable, especially given the nature of the products Bubs N Grubs sells. Babies are babies for a year! New Mums rarely will read terms and conditions when trying to juggle their babies and often things like basinets and capsules will only be required for a 3 month period. To conclude this review, the outcome was that Bubs N Grubs provided me with a refund LESS a 20% fee. For a $1200 stroller, this was a lot of money to spend for absolutely nothing - especially being on maternity leave and having new costs associated with a new baby to consider. It appears that Bubs N Grubs are extorting families with new babies and young children, they are unethical and are making money from selling products they don’t have. Their customer service is rude, abrupt and I am shocked they are still in business. I didn’t receive any receipt, confirmation of purchase or any other written notification (other than a very short text message) despite requesting it multiple times in writing and on the phone. I truly hope there are others with more energy and time on their hands to move forward with legal action. It looks like hundreds of others have been effected by this business in similar capacities, I am sure there are hundreds more who haven’t submitted a negative review! This is my first negative review of any business and I would never write anything like this unless absolutely warranted. Be warned and avoid!
