We recently bought our vehicle from Cardiff Toyota and have nothing but praise for the courtesy and understanding shown by the salesman that we dealt with, (we think his name was Josh) and if we need to buy another vehicle we would certainly consider Cardiff Toyota. John and Lorraine

Worst car buying experience. Avoid them. Wish I could give zero stars.
Wouldn't let you test drive if you don't commit buying it.
Went to this dealership looking for a used Toyota Aurion as our second car. They had two Aurions that met my budget and requirements. Asked to test drive both.
First Test Drive:
It turned out that the car has no petrol and the battery was flat. We ended up waiting 15 minutes for the car to become ready. Obviously no apology!
At the end of the test drive, we found that the car doesnt have a logbook. The salesperson started to make excuses like we dont collect used car logbooks to comply with privacy laws!! Well, its perfectly ok to sell ex-rentals, fleet, and auctioned cars. You just shouldnt lie about it.
Second Test Drive:
We asked to test drive the other Aurion this one had a logbook. The salesperson went to grab the keys. He then came back saying that the manager would only let you test drive the car if you commit to buying it. Seeing my puzzled face, he continued: if you want to see our cars, they are all advertised on the internet; We already spent a fair bit of time with you, and we cant let you test drive every single car in our yard.
Upon hearing that we just walked away; and I make sure to tell everyone to avoid them.
What a service! And what a manager! and what an insult to the customer. Never seen anything like that.
I must also say that almost all their used cars were dirty inside out. They couldnt even bother to wash and vacuum them before presenting them to the customer. During the entire experience, the salesperson was constantly bragging that they put a quarter of tank petrol in the car, if we buy it. Well, I guess thats the limit of their understanding of customer service.

my son went there looking for a car he is a young 20 year old the sale guy came up to my son iam looking for a car between 8 15 grand he didn't tell him he had cash the sale guy said no we have nothing like that you might as well go home very profession not happy
