We utilise a comprehensive assortment of poly welding equipment to fabricate with various plastics.
PJ Welding Pty Limited is a leading steel fabrication, mining maintenance, and general engineering company in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, NSW, established in 1974. We specialise in structural steel fabrication, pipework, plate work, stainless steel fabrication, aluminium fabrication, poly pipe welding, and industrial maintenance services for mining and industrial clients. We also provide custom fabrication for schools, businesses, and residential projects, including handrails, security doors, window bars, and bespoke metalwork. With fully equipped workshops, skilled boilermakers, and mechanical fitters, we deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality workmanship tailored to your needs.
Our workshops are equipped with forklifts and mobile cranes. We have trucks fitted with Palfinger cranes to fulfil our onsite lifting needs. Smaller fabrications are transported on our 8 tonne ISUZU truck. However for heaver job transportation we have other allied services at our disposal.
Our facilities are furnished with pressing, rolling, punching and other general fabrication equipment. Our workshop equipment allows us to fabricate Ferris and non-ferrous metals including specialised stainless steel and aluminium.
Our workforce varies between 20 and 30 tradespeople who are fully qualified and certified to meet our high standards of work and customer satisfaction.
