You can trust that their products are ridgy-didge (genuine) and not pumped with added water or preservatives.
Their Christmas hams are the best around and are smoked the old fashioned way in a smokehouse, without containing chemicals like commercially produced hams available in the supermarkets. Get in fast though. They start taking orders from
1st November each year and sell hundreds.

I have roasted a wonderful porchetta pork roast purchased from Salm's it was so gooood. I also bought dog food which they make and is a great quality also. Great Sicilian sausages full of flavor and again high quality.I highly recommend this butcher.
