Our humble origins started in 1999 in an old shed in Cobalt Street, Carole Park. We then operated one laser machine (long since retired), and a number of press brakes (also long since replaced), with more modern machines. Laser cutting and folding technology was an infant then, and it has since gone ahead dramatically to be the high innovation and amazingly capable technology that it is today.
We have kept pace with this technology change and invested continuously to maintain our technology edge and ensure our ability to provide the best possible products and services to our valued clients. Our client base has kept pace with us as industry has switched on to the burgeoning capabilities of the technology and as clients have become aware of our capabilities, commitment to best in class service delivery and our ‘partnership’ approach to our business relationships. We now service a diverse base of businesses large and small.

FAQs
Can I supply my own material?
Absolutely. Please let our Estimators know before quoting, if you would like to supply your own material and we can quote you for the cutting only.
What is your lead time?
Generally our lead time is one week but this depends if the job is pressed, and if we have the material in stock. Our Estimators will give you an approximate lead time when the quote is completed. We regularly beat industry standards, however if you are looking for a firm deadline, please call one of our helpful Team members.
Do you have a drilling service?
Indeed we do. We can drill, counter sink, and tap holes up to M24. Please let our Estimators know this when requesting a quote so it can be included.
What is the maximum size part you can cut?
Our laser beds are 3,000mm long by 1,500mm wide, so neither of these dimensions can be exceeded.
What is the thickest material you can cut?
We can cut up to 25mm thick steel and 20mm stainless steel and aluminium.
Do you offer delivery?
We certainly do. We frequently deliver to Brisbane and Ipswich with our dedicated Truck, and we can also arrange transport for you with a courier or transport company of your choice.
What is the minimum order charge?
We do specialise in one off jobs, but to cover our internal costs such as programming and the general set up of the required machinery our minimum order charge is $200.
Do you fold parts?
Yes. We have three CNC controlled brake press machines, and can fold parts up to 12mm in thickness.
