I went in to purchase a new tank setup and they were super knowledgeable and helpful. They explained all the steps involved in setting up my new tank as well as cycling and what kind of fish would be suited to what I was looking for.
Defineatly recommend to any beginners or people already in the hobby looking to expand. They had a huge selection of marines corals tropical fish plants and tanks! 10/10 going back

ATO - Automatic Top Off My ATO had stopped working. Called this shop and they suggested to purchase the Smart ATO which he said they had the last one in store and they offered to keep aside for me. I got to the store in 2 hours and was given the ATO $200, the box looked open and I was assured that the ATO is still brand new. Got the ATO to the car and opened to find there were parts missing, took it back and the guy in the shop was left red faced in front of other customers. He offered a cash refund even though I had paid by card. Anyway, I got to another aquarium shop to purchase the Smart ATO. I was given a best price of $214 but the box looked different to the one from Fishtank, Told the guys at the other shop of my experience at Fishtank. He showed me the box that Fishtank was trying to flog off to me and I was told that they were trying to sell you the old version which had issues. From my experience theses guys have tried to cheat me and will never ever go back. Trust and honesty goes a long way. The person I was dealing with at Fishtank was Steve.
