We are a progressive conveyancing firm based in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney.
If you are buying, selling or refinancing a property anywhere within New South Wales, we are here to help. Combined we have over 35 years of conveyancing experience, so we have experience in almost any situation that arises. We don't talk above you, we use plain language and explain ourselves.
In the past, all conveyancing transactions were handled by Solicitors, but now you can choose to use a Licensed Conveyancer instead. A Licensed Conveyancer deals only with Real Estate transactions, and as such is a specialist in this area. Because we specialise, we are able to offer a more personal service, and can concentrate on your matter without distractions.
V.J. Tait & Associates was established in 1998, and has grown to be a successful practice. Our success is due to a strong commitment to customer service, competitive pricing, and our willingness to do that little bit extra to help ease the stress involved with such an important transaction. Our principal, Vanessa Tait is a Certified Practicing Conveyancer, and our firm is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, so you benefit from our experience and specialist training in property law.

We used Vanessa and her team to do the conveyancing on an investment property. She guided us through what could have been a very tough task without sound guidance and advice. Slow to process documents. Had to chase every single thing. They cost me money by being to lazy to resubmit a contract.
I also had complaints from the property manager who was taking over the property saying they were hard to deal with.

I and my friends have used VJ Tait for difficult property purchases and they have saved me significant costs through some apparently underhand practises which would have had disastrous consequences if undetected and stopped

Do not bother with this conveyancer. Communication is non existent. I had to chase them up constantly to see how the conveyancing process was going and over 3 months did not get a call or any correspondence. To be disappointed is an understatement. I just wish I had read bh&cb's review before I got them to do conveyancing work for me. Go else where for better service.
