      We are new to the region and weren't aware of the risk of termites. If it hadn't been for Castlemaine Inspections - who did an inspection for us at short notice - we'd have ended up buying a house that needed to be knocked down. They were accommodating, professional, prompt, and explained what they were seeing as they went along, so we learned a huge amount in just a few hours. I would highly recommend this service, I'll be using it again to make sure I buy a solid home. It's so great to really feel like someone during the house hunting process has your interests at heart, and I believe that these folks do. I'll use them again, wouldn't chose anyone else! They are the best.
