      Will they be involved all aspects of your project?

      LG Builders is a family owned and operated business. The business was established initially as a one man operation and has developed into team of dedicated and like-minded professionals, with our team of builders servicing Castlemaine and the greater region.


      Are they a registered builder with qualifications and insurance?

      Make sure your builder is licensed and ask to see their registration. If they are a reputable builder, they will want you to know their credentials. The HIA will be able to tell you if the builder has any complaints against him or if he has been involved in any contractor related legal actions. Ask your builder to see his insurance certificate showing that he is up-to-date and fully covered with liability and damage insurance.
