This dental group has always been ready to oblige all patients, and this is especially so for emergency work.

I broke a filling on Saturday morning and was given an appointment within 30 minutes.

I was , as always greeted with a welcoming smile, very little wait time and a quick, efficient and painless experience. As a health professional myself for over 50 years I can highly recommend this practice and Dr Krongold for an outstanding dentists visit.

I recently had a mixed experience at this Dental Clinic and wanted to share my thoughts. While there were some positive aspects, I encountered a few unprofessional incidents that left me feeling frustrated especially today.



Firstly, I received three phone calls in a single day requesting last-minute changes to my appointment. This lack of organization and communication was disappointing, as it inconvenienced me and disrupted my schedule. It would have been more professional to provide sufficient notice or avoid such frequent changes.



Additionally, during my last call, I was informed that my next clean-up was scheduled for September. I was surprised by this information, as I had specifically asked about the frequency of clean-ups and whether I could claim them on my health insurance when I initially booked the appointment. It would have been helpful if this information had been provided at the time of booking, as it would have allowed me to plan accordingly.



Despite these frustrations, I must acknowledge the positive experience I had with Dr. Lily. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and ethics, which I greatly appreciated. Her expertise and care were evident throughout my appointment, and she made me feel comfortable and well-informed.



In conclusion, my experience at this Clinic was a mixed one. While I encountered unprofessionalism in terms of last-minute appointment changes and lack of information form Dr Mahinder, Dr. Lily's exceptional service stood out positively. I hope that the clinic can address these issues to provide a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all patients. I was also told by receptionist that Dr Lilly takes longer with the dental clean and check up because she is generally slow. I find this very rude and disrespectful to say that she is slow.

My name is Tatiana. I had a terrible experience. Dr Mahima could not do a simple job to place a tooth in the right position. She did not listen, was in a hurry and placed the tooth much higher than normal line, twisted it to the left, and left it as it is. I asked the clinic and the doctor to fix it, to reposition it in the right place like it was before. They refused to do it. But, if I pay extra $300 they will do it for me. I already paid $300 the first time and she did a horrific cosmetic job. I would not use them ever again! Be careful, research your dentist before you do anything.

Worst experience that I have ever had. ZERO stars
He ground out half my tooth, then the filling fell out not even 24 hours. Then receptionist stated that management had approved a refund, taking my banking details, only to be told later that they where not going to refund me my $300 for a filling. Then they say they will reply to you, but never do!
DO NOT go to this dentist - even with your worst enemy.

I wish there was something less than zero to express my feelings.I used their services, the most rushed unprofessional and racist of all kind, only by my face and small chat before starting the job, the dentist concluded that I am a terrorist and hate my country because now I am living here(herself was from India too)!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
She asked me how I feel and I said not good so she started to act rougher and more carelessly which made my lips and gum bleed (I went there to just put a new feeling!!!!)
100% negative experience, wished I could sue here because of her unprofessional attitude and came out with unfixed tooth and insulted personality. Shaking out of anger they even charged me extra to be the cherry on top of the cake.
So sad that these people are permitted to work
