      How far can you run hoses?

      All of our trucks carry 90 metres of hose, allowing us to reach most areas with ease.


      Can you deliver half loads?

      No, unfortunately, we don't do half loads. Local water regulations require us to fill our trucks completely.


      Will you pump out our water tanks?

      No, we only supply water for fills. Tanks will need to be pre-emptied for our fill service.


      What is the minimum amount of water you can deliver?

      The minimum volume of water we deliver is 6000 litres. We can deliver less, but it will cost the same as 6000 litres as we're still required to fill the truck fully.


      Why are prices dearer in some areas?

      The price of water includes travel to your destination and can be dearer in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We charge the standard rate for the initial delivery, but subsequent loads are at local rates. We charge a standard rate within 30 km of our depot in Jimboomba, and the price increases for every 10 km beyond that 30 km radius.


      Can you provide spring water?

      Yes, we can source spring water for you, but it will incur a higher cost than the town water we usually supply.


      Is there anything I can do to make the delivery easier?

      Yes. We ask that you ensure reasonable access to the site where the water is needed. This includes keeping driveways or thoroughfares free of debris and overhead obstacles and ensuring there is clear, safe access for our driver.
