Our friendly staff ensures that you get treated the way I like to be treated, professionally and with respect. As part of our customer service, we have a loan car available should it be required. I don't know where to start so I'll leave this... a blown head gasket and overheating issues on my 1990 Toyota MR2 turned into:
- 57 "just give me a week"s
- 300 excuses about why he hasn't touched it
- Seldom updates
- Only a weekend job like he's doing a favour for a mate
- $4500 bill
- 20 months (incl. unused rego)
- Unfinished car
- Towed to another mechanic
- Plenty of confused colleagues, friends & family
If you want a minor service done to your car, I'm sure Leigh will be happy to ignore his existing customers and fit you right in, but please don't leave your pride & joy with Monash Auto unless you want free storage.
