      We offer a 12 months warranty on most parts and all labour.

      We service most Brisbane areas.


      Do you carry parts on board?

      Yes, we carry a wide variety of parts but on some occasion we need to order them. If we have to come back with the part, we do not charge a second call out fee.


      Do you charge a call out fee?

      Yes, we charge a call out fee starting from $115 depending on the area.


      Do you do pensioner discounts?

      Yes, we do offer pensioner discounts. Just ask.


      Do you do in-house home servicing?

      Yes, we do.


      Have you been in business for long?

      Yes, we have been in business since 1999 servicing the Brisbane area.

      Great service

      Mark came out within a couple of hours of my call whereas another local company said it would take 2 weeks. The part he ordered arrived quickly and he installed it promptly. All in all very efficient plus a really nice guy.

      Mark was able to come out within the hour and had my machine fixed in no time. Gave me upfront costs prior to coming out and well within reason for a machine that was out of warranty.
