      The competitor must be a registered Australian business with an Australian business number and be registered for goods and services tax and have a physical retail store in Australia. It must also be a product sold by Betta, identical, in stock, and available for immediate purchase. The competitor's price must include delivery charges, GST and bonus offers, be verifiable, be for non-bulk quantities and have equivalent forms of payment available.
