The giftware items i bought last time are no longer available?
As we are a wholesale business, we like to keep our giftware lines on a rotation of different, exciting and seasonal lines, at times what you may have once ordered will no longer be available and a new product has been brought in to replace it. We feel this keeps our warehouse exciting and fresh and provides our customers with more reasons to keep ordering from us.
As a business owner, why should i register an account?
By registering an account not only once approved will you have access to the wholesale pricing and no minimum order quantity. You will be able to keep your cart full, view old and existing orders and have the ability to change address details and contact details, making the website work better for you.
Who do you use to ship my orders?
Gift Supplier Centre Pty Ltd prides ourselves on fast efficient delivery and we use companies such as Couriers Please and Australia Post at the present time. This allows us to be able to provide you with a tracking number for your order and competitive shipping rates.
Why do I need to register and login to see wholesale prices?
Gift Supplier Centre’s main objective is to provide a one-stop shop for brick-and-mortar tobacconists around Australia. To sell to you at wholesale prices you will need to register a wholesale account with us by providing an ABN and Business details. Once this is approved, we will provide you with login details for you to access the wholesale pages. However, we don’t just want to sell wholesale and have also decided to sell our products to the public.
If my Missing Items In My Delivery/ Have Broken Items?
If for any reason your order arrives with broken or missing products, please contact us at [email protected] with the order number, invoice number and product description. Please add photos of the damaged/broken products, within 7 business days so we can look into why there are broken/missing products or so we can arrange replacement products or a refund.
Do you provide a click and collect service?
If you are local to our Berrinba QLD warehouse, we are happy to provide you with a click and collect service. Please select the ‘click and collect’ button when checking out. Depending on the volume of orders to fulfill that day, if we receive your order prior to 12pm Mon-Thurs the order will be available by 3:30pm the same day, however if the order is placed after 12pm or on a Friday, it will only be available to pick up after 9:30am the next business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our goal is for you to have your order as soon as possible, however certain issues such as weather, traffic, accidents may create a delay in doing so. As is well known Metro areas will tend to get deliveries faster than regional areas.
When are you open?
Supplycentre.com.au is available to access and place orders 24/7, however Gift Supplier Centre Pty Ltd warehouse is only open Mon-Fri 8am-4pm for packing and sending orders. If an order is placed between 8am-12pm Mon-Thurs the order will be processed, packed and ready to ship on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Mon-Thurs, Friday and Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays will be processed and packed ready for shipping on the following business day.
Do you do change of mind refunds?
Unfortunately, as we are predominantly a wholesale business, we do not allow for change of mind refunds/returns, however if the products are defective or missing, we will honor refunds. You will need to return the products to us, and for us to receive them before we apply the refund to your nominated bank account.
