Beware!!! Bought the Essteele stainless steel pan from a Meyer stockist. Followed all instructions that came with the manual (used a low heat as directed), the eggs stuck to the pan. Repeated with the same result. Tried eye fillet as the sales person suggested, worse result! Stuck to the pan and marked it. Also done with a low heat.
After sending back and verbally indicated a refund would be an easy process I was called about a week later and told I scorched the pan and no refund. After explaining again they refused to listen and quite frankly some of the worst service ever received.

-Can the pans handle a Australian gas cook top on low heat?
-Rubbish after sales service from Meyer
-Would not recommend to anyone
