      Fanstastic service!

      After having two very overpriced quotes from other companies, I tried goldline. They gave me a very reasonable quote for the part and installation and booked me in to fix my washing machine the next day! Had Peter come out to fit the part and run additional tests to ensure there weren't any other issues with the machine etc and gave my washer a very thorough service. Very happy with the prices and service at goldline, thank you Peter.

      Total Incompetence.

      We arranged a technician to come out onsite to review our non-functioning dishwasher. Technician came out, had to basically be talked through by my husband what parts of the dishwasher to look at and test. Came up with a possible diagnosis and recommended ordering a particular part. Happy to take the $99.00 call out fee. After a number of days, called reception to query when part is going to be installed...technician forgot to order part. Told that part would be just about the cost of a new dishwasher, so reassured that senior technician would come out and review to double check if it was absolutley the correct part. Due today at 3:30pm, waited 45 minutes to no avail. Called, reassured by reception that it would be followed up. At 5pm told 'sorry, won't be able to make it'. Will be requesting my $99.00 back- total and complete incompetence.

      I had contacted 3 other companies, not one of them arrived when arranged, two never responded to contact.
      After this experience I found Goldline Appliances to be the stand out exception!
      I was contacted with an accurate arrival time, the problems were diagnosed quickly and I found them to be open and honest about whether to fix or upgrade taking my circumstances and the cost benefit into account.
      I now recommend them to anyone who has problems and want's honest, reliable service.
      You are considered a person with particular needs, not a number or another customer with money.
