Whether it's a small private meeting for just two or three people or a large networking event for 100, we can provide modern facilities, delicious catering and country hospitality.

BMO Conference Centre facilities that are available for hire include large conference rooms featuring latest audio-visual equipment including interactive whiteboards, Additional break-out areas for catering or group discussions. We can also offer assistance with your event planning, catering and/or registrations. If you haven't seen our facilities, please contact our Conference Centre Coordinator, Chelsea Wyatt for a tour.

I'm looking for a room to host our management meetings?

Our Boardroom One is very well suited to board meetings and small brainstorming or strategic planning sessions. There is seating for up to ten people and it features a data projector, interactive whiteboard and glass board.


I need a venue to hold our training days?

The BMO Conference Room is ideal for your next training or networking event, seminar or large meeting. The room can be configured to suit the style of your event and features modern decor, data projector and interactive whiteboard. The Conference Room can cater for up to 100 people for a stand up or theatre style event or 50 people for a sit down function.
