I want something similar to an existing item, but with minor changes. Are there additional design fees?
Depends how extensive the changes are. It's down to our discretion, but if we think the job is simple enough, there's no extra charge.
I have sites both here and interstate. Can you organise delivery?
Interstate delivery can be arranged through our process management system. It's your assurance that the correct product will be in the right place at the right time. Every time.
I need a job done urgently. Is it too late to contact you?
It's never too late. We're open Monday to Friday from 6:00am till 5:00pm.
Can you do the installation as well?
Simply talk with one of the project management team when you request a quote & we'll take care of the rest.
How quickly can I get my order?
The time taken on any given project depends on your immediate and long-term needs and the budget available. Obviously, complicated projects take longer to fulfil. Talk to your project manager about just in time supply.
Can you store part of my order for use at a later date?
We have facilities available for customers to hold their orders until needed. It's just one of the extra services you can enjoy as a third angle customer.
What areas do you service?
We service all areas in Melbourne Metropolitan and Regional Victoria for fabrication & installation. We also design/fabricate and arrange for interstate transportation.
I need a really short run. Can you help?
Yes. Just because you've got a small order doesn't mean you'll get second class treatment. We can accommodate any quantity you need.
