An excellent, caring and compassionate specialist. Always willing to listen and provide caring feedback. She does not hesitate to refer on for further investigation. Marie has turned by life around with her recommendations and medical treatment in helping me deal with my arthritis. She respects my beliefs and is open to working in conjunction with natural therapies. My sister recommended her.

Diagnosed in 2012, I am not yet able to think back to my appointment with this 'specialist' without anger. I cannot think of a single positive adjective to apply to this review, whereas any number of negative ones spring readily to mind. A sample: Arrogant, brusque, abrupt, rude, discourteous, distracted, presumptive, unfeeling, indifferent, cold, uncaring. The examination was cursory, information on diagnosis limited to a photocopied leaflet shoved at me and accompanied by her personal opinion that I was likely the victim of childhood abuse to have ended up with fibromyalgia because many of her patients were. No recommendation for ongoing management or follow, simply sent back to my GP. I do not recommend this Rheumatologist. Seek an alternative.
