      We recently bought a NISSAN DUALIS from WARRAWONG NISSAN &SUZUKI .We are not happy with there after sales service.The day we were to take possession of the car we were told to be there at 12 noon on 5/2/14 we get there its not ready they said can u go down the shops for an hour,just a phone call to say come out 1 hour later would have been nice.yesterday we put the car in for its 1 month free service they were supposed to replace part of the dash they had the new part in when we went to pick it up it still had the old dash part on it ,they had smoothed the mark over I think they hoped we wouldn't notice .we asked why it hadn't been changed they said the new part was faulty,it was just a waste of time us going there yesterday. When my husband asked what type of oil our car used he was given two different answers by 2 people.Its the first Nissan we have bought & it will be the last we will be going back to TOYOTA.
