What is a booster or an amplifier?
An amplifier (or booster) is sometimes required in areas to improve the existing signal from your digital antenna system in particular rural properties and areas around Tiwi.
Why do I have no signal?
If your television is coming up with no signal it is indicating there could be a problem with your existing antenna system or connection to your television.
Why does my reception break up into little squares?
This is called pixilation and it occurs when your television is struggling to get adequate signal for digital reception.
When are you able to come out to my house?
We always strive for same day or next day service.
What warranty do you have?
We have a 12 month warranty for materials and workmanship however this does not cover damage caused by lightning or storms.
Do you fix television reception problems?
We repair all television reception faults including antennas, cabling, outlets, leads and masthead amplifiers.
Do you service rural areas?
Yes we service all rural areas as south as Adelaide River.
Can you install additional TV points in my house?
Yes, our experienced technicians can install additional cabling to any point in your house and they will talk to you on site regarding installation options.
Are you able to fix my phone line fault?
Yes, we have ACMA licensed technicians who are qualified to do all phone line repairs and installations.
Do you service rural areas?
Yes, we service all rural areas as south as Adelaide River.
Do you take credit card?
Yes, we take Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS and you can pay on completion to your technician.

Extremely happy with their customer service and price. They had to travel to Dundee Beach for us and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend DNP.

Very happy with the service DNP Installations provided me with - Stuart was the technician assigned to my job and he was great to deal with. Replaced old TV antenna with new including pole extension and supports, signal booster and fixing joints in old cabling, all done in under an hour. Reasonably priced as well. TV reception is great now - thank you!
