      We offer a 24/7 breakdown support and service for the dairy industry.

      AgriTech has been supplying the Tasmanian dairy industry with the best equipment since 1997. Primarily focused on the milk harvesting and cooling process and associated tasks within the dairy parlour, it includes grain handling and processing, dairy effluent management and grain dispensing and feeding.

      Privately owned by two families, Agri Tech prides itself on the personal service and expertise of its team. Directed by Laurie Hooper and Peter Gaffney, they have had an association with DeLaval for over 30 years. AgriTech markets DeLaval products in Tasmania and has comprehensive coverage from Wynyard in the West of the state right through to the East Coast and the South of the island. This allows AgriTech to encompass approximately 50% of the industry within Tasmania.

      The two premises of AgriTech include a head office in Devonport with 15 staff, as well as a supporting satellite headquarters at Scottsdale with two staff members, with some staff members located between those sites, which ensures the best service is readily available for their valued customers. They are always searching for new ways to serve their customers to the best of their abilities.

      The mission is to see Tasmanian farmers optimise the performance and efficiency of their milking business through advanced farming technology and resources. The services include robotic milking systems, rotaries, herringbone, herd management systems, dairy design, project management, milk quality advice, troubleshooting, milk harvesting equipment testing, servicing milk hygiene products, detergents and consumables. They also are qualified to assist with dairy effluent management as they have a wealth of experience and are qualified designers.
