Can I use my own design?
Of course, you can. We are more than happy for you to provide your own design. Just make sure that you have had a look at the guidelines to prepare your artwork to the specific requirements for your job. We cannot accept print ready artwork via email.
How long does it take for you to complete my order?
There is generally a 5-day turnaround from the time that your artwork has been approved for your job to be collected. This can also be quicker depending on the current workload. If your job is urgent, we will try and accommodate as much as we can.
Why aren't you as cheap as some other online competitors?
Unlike some of the 'Internet' based businesses in this industry, who operate out of warehouses and print everything in bulk, we don't. We believe that the quality of what we produce well-justifies the price. We're able to have better quality control over colour and are able to make sure that your experience is second to none and that your expectations are met the first time.
