When should I order the skip bin?
In most cases we can deliver on the same day. Call us early. Sometimes the bin size you need may not be available, so to be sure, we recommend calling us 2 or 3 days in advance of your need.
What about very heavy materials like concrete, brick, soils and tiles?
Tell us when you order the bin. Heavy materials like this must be in the bottom of the bin for safety. Any remaining light rubbish can then be placed on top. We will give you a quote based on your fair estimate.
How long is the rental period for the skip bin?
The bin is left with you for 5 days. You may request early collection without any additional fee. When the bin is required for periods over 5 days we can settle on a fee with you.
Can I dispose of E waste (Electronic equipment etc.)?
There may be an additional charge for disposal of E waste including TV's, computers, laptops, scanners and printers and similar equipment. We will dispose of these in an ecologically safe way.
How can I pay you?
We accept: Cash, Money order, Electronic bank transfers, Visa, MasterCard. Skip bins are to be paid for in full on delivery. Bins are not removed until payment is made in full. In the even bins are not paid for in full the contents must be emptied on the property and the empty bin will be collected.
How much can I fill the skip bin?
We are bound by strict transport SA laws. Skip bins must not exceed the brim (level full). When bins are over the brim the driver must remove the excess prior collecting the bin.
What will not be collected?
We cannot collect: car tyres, liquids, asbestos, toxic waste and gas bottles. We are bound by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules. If any of these items are in the bin we will not remove the bin from the property until you remove them.
Can I put mattresses in the skip bin?
Yes, however we charge extra for each mattress to cover the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) levy. Contact us for the additional fee.

Fantastic Service, Mark and Wendy are always accommodating if we need the bin longer or picked up early. Great prices and nothing seems to be to much trouble. We have used Clean Up Bins for years and will continue to do so 5 STAR SERVICE.

I contacted Clean Up Bins for a quote to removing a variety of "trash". Mark asked me quite a number of questions before I received a quote. Because of the diversity of the contents I needed to dispose of he recommended me to have 2 bins which saved me a lot of MONEY!!! ( I had a couple of other quotes which was in excess of over $100 more). Mark's customer service is fabulous and I highly recommend him and his business.
