      Proudly serving the growing cities of Hervey Bay, Maryborough & the Fraser Coast since 1960.

      Whether it is for urban bus services, school bus services, coach charter services for school and social clubs, exciting day tour destinations or extended coach holidays both in Australia and overseas, we are there to serve the communities of Hervey Bay and Maryborough. We've been doing so for almost 55 years.

      Wide Bay Transit offers you a feast of touring delights with regularly scheduled day and extended coach trips to a variety of destinations - around the corner or across the country! Join us for memorable trip away from the everyday.

      We have a wonderful team to look after you, not only in the office, but behind the scenes. We employ an office staff of ten, six mechanics, a spare parts officer, a body shop worker, two cleaning staff, and over sixty coach drivers.

      Wide Bay Transit provides an extensive school bus service to most schools in Maryborough and Hervey Bay.
