I am NOT happy at ALL!!!!
No communication was made by them to say that the repairman for my washing machine wasnt coming. I called the office twice today only to be told that they cant reach him! It has Wasted my whole day and my washing machine is still not working.. They couldnt even give a courtesy call to say that they are sorry but cant make it.. I
Will not ever be recommending these people!

WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
It has taken 5 weeks from initial phone call to book service for our Fridge, I have heard every excuse possible.
1. Service Man sick can not come.
1. Need quote for part required,
3. Still chasing up part.
4. Need to Order Parts ( yet parts in warehouse)
5. Service Man Sick.
I have called this company three times to follow up when I can get my fridge repaired, five weeks later I still have a fridge that does not work. If I had not had paid a $110 service call out fee I defiantly would be getting someone else. By the way it took the service man 14min to determine the fault.
