      We are a local family owned and run business specialising in all computer sales, repairs and maintenance in the Hunter region.

      Bailin Tech Solutions, formerly known as Bailin Computers has been providing IT services within the Hunter community since 1997. In October 2014, Phillip Jones an employee for over 11 years bought the company and continues to provide the Hunter region with an exceptional IT support and services.

      We execute a high volume of repairs with a fast turnaround. Our custom built systems are done in house allowing us to determine the products used, are the best in quality, value and reliability.       Do you build your own systems?

      All of our computer systems are custom built to order. Every customer has the opportunity to customise their own system to suit their individual needs/requirements. All of our computer systems sold also include 24 months return to base warranty.


      What type of repairs do you offer?

      We carry out all types of computer & laptop repairs, from simple software upgrades to virus/malware removals, system diagnostics & hardware upgrades. We have an access to all leading laptop manufactures & can source replacement parts for most brands.       Do you offer onsite or after hour repairs?

      Yes, we provide both onsite & after hour servicing & repairs which are charged at an hourly rate. Depending on the amount of work required, it may be more cost effective to have the system brought back to our workshop. This will be discussed with you by our friendly technician once they have determined what work is required.
