We have past clients who live overseas or out of state and we have been able to co-ordinate the transaction on their behalf, without them having to return to Australia or NSW. We carry professional indemnity and fidelity insurance. Our staff live locally and have a vast knowledge of the local area and surrounds, another advantage when buying in an area that you as a buyer may not be familiar with.
