The Below Zero service department consists of a well balanced team of fully qualified air conditioning / refrigeration service technicians. Our technicians are highly trained and are able to cope with all aspects of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment breakdown and repair.
Air Conditioning Services Adelaide All Below Zero service technicians are backed by our in-house support team, who assist where equipment, technical service information, design procedures and spare parts are required. The service department is also complemented by a full time service coordinator, who liaises with clients and schedules our service technicians to task enabling a prompt response to any service problem. Our service department also offers ongoing support to customers and their air conditioning / refrigeration equipment through carefully selected preventative maintenance programs if required. Following the inception of the installation department, the service department has found a specialist niche, by offering support in the form of warranty maintenance on new Below Zero installations. The service department also has the ability to perform warranty service calls and repair work on behalf of the equipment manufacturers and has assisted in this role on several occasions when requested. The present role of the service department enables all new installation work to be kept in-house from the commencement of the project up until completion. On several occasions the client and the company have both shared a common benefit after the warranty period has elapsed on new equipment. This has been highlighted by having the opportunity to build a stronger business relationship and gaining a thorough understanding of plant history through performance of regular programmed preventative maintenance visits. Therefore Below Zero has the genuine ability to promote a "one stop shop" to its clients. The department also provides a 24 hour / 7 day emergency breakdown service.

From the initial consultation through the installation and maintenance period, Below Zero provides complete project management. Our attention to safety and training, as well as our years of experience, allows us to deliver quality climate control and refrigeration systems on time and within the budget. Below Zero boasts an experienced team within its contracting department with 3 full time operation managers with over 67 years of combined industry experience.
Do you do commercial design and build?
Through our design/build services, we analyse the building and create a HVAC system that will provide consistent climate control, adequately and complying ventilation, and safe indoor air quality. Below Zero also provides refrigeration systems that comply with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standard. This being a point of time that if the refrigeration system shuts down the stock has a certain period before any of it is ruined.
