      Is there a minimum period to hire equipment?

      Aidacare offers equipment even for a day however the minimum hire rate is weekly.

      I am having a hip replacement and I am not sure how long I will be in the hospital, do I need to book the equipment before I go?

      No, it is always preferable to have notice however we carry an extensive range of equipment and are able to hire on the same day if needed.

      What is your refund policy?

      Please choose carefully as we do not refund but gladly exchange if unopened and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Strictly no returns on the bathroom, bedroom and toileting items due to hygiene.


      I am unsure whether dad will keep using a shower chair if I buy him one even though he really needs it?

      That is why we offer a hire before we buy. If after the first week of hire dad decides, he cannot be without the shower chair we will deduct the hire fee of the purchase price.


      Are you able to deliver equipment to my home?

      Yes Aidacare offers delivery and installation covering the entire Central Coast, fees apply.


      Do you provide same day service to your clients?

      Yes, we do provide guaranteed same day services to our clients.
