What sort of warranty is there on your security doors, security window screens and on all other products?

We stand behind the quality of our products and services which is why all our products come with a lifetime guarantee on all workmanship, a 10-year guarantee on security grilles and locks and a 12-month guarantee on all other grilles and parts.

Once I place my order, how long will it take before it’s delivered and installed?

We like to keep work local, so all manufacturing takes place at our factory in Erina. This gives you the added bonus of a quicker turnaround time on your order. We strive to complete your job within 7 to 10 business days from the day you give us the go ahead. We’ll give you a call when the job is ready to install to confirm a mutually convenient date and time.

Can a security screen door or window stop someone from breaking into my home?

We all want to feel safe in our own homes. Most of us will do whatever it takes to protect our family and our precious belongings. The best you can do is to take active measures and install various protective devices to make it difficult for an intruder to break in. What’s the best way to pay for my security screen doors and window screens?

We accept all the usual credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. You might also find it convenient to pay via Direct Deposit (we’ll give you the bank account details on your invoice) or you can pay by Cheque (to be made payable to “Protector Security NSW Pty Limited”). Though it’s a bit old fashioned, we still gratefully accept cash payments.

What’s the difference between a flyscreen and security mesh?

The most effective flyscreens are made from aluminium with either fibreglass or stainless-steel mesh. Their main goal is to keep flies and other insects out while maintaining natural air flow and light. Security mesh is made from high tensile 316 marine grade stainless steel, woven into a fine mesh. It’s extremely strong and acts as a security barrier as well as a barrier to insects.

Are there any other warranties on your work? (Such as Statutory Warranties)

Statutory warranties apply to all Australian contracts. Under the Home Building Act, builders and tradespeople are required to give certain warranties or assurances about their work. Most builders and tradespeople have always provided these assurances, but this law ensures these assurances are written into the contract. All the warranties must be included in the written contract.
