What aircraft types are available?
If it flies, we'll find it. Over the last 25 years we have coordinated everything from small single engine machines to float planes, every type of helicopter, to commuter aircraft and VIP Corporate Jets all the way up to 747's.
Where can we fly from?
If there is a licensed airfield, we will be able to locate the closest and most cost effective option to meet your needs.
How much gear can we take on a charter flight?
Our documentation will advise the maximum payload of the aircraft, as long as you do not exceed this limitation, a charter flight does not have the same restrictions as the commercial carriers. Ask your Charter Consultant at the time of request how much you can take with you; we are confident you will be pleasantly surprised.
Are there toilets on board?
This depends on aircraft type and size. For example, only some smaller aircraft have toilet facilities, although typically larger charter aircraft are equipped. We're happy to discuss these details with you when you talk to one of our charter consultants.
How do we pay for our flight?
We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, Direct Debit or PayPal.
Why use a broker, can't I just phone someone directly?
We are experts in aircraft procurement, with decades of experience and abide by our industry association code of conduct. We have great working relationships with all our pre-qualified suppliers and often have access to aircraft that are not readily available to the public. We maintain all their compliance documents in-house so that you are assured of traveling with reputable companies. We contact every available supplier within the region to ensure that you have the most competitive pricing.
How much notice do you require prior to booking?
We are extremely flexible and can get an aircraft airborne at very short notice when required. We recommend you give us as much notice as possible as this ensures there is a wider variety of aircraft to choose from.
Are small aircraft safe?
We only use respected operators with sound industry reputations that meet all safety requirements. Most flights we coordinate are on twin engine aircraft, although small single engine machines can be a very cost-effective alternative on shorter sectors.
How do I book a flight?
You are welcome to phone us anytime; our flight desk is available 24/7. Alternatively, you can use the Quote Request online or simply email your request for a prompt response.
Is it possible to miss my flight?
You can't really miss your flight as it is your charter and the crew will wait for you. In saying that, it is advisable to be on time or, at least, advise us if you are delayed so that we can advise the crew. The beauty of any charter is that we fly when you need us, meeting running overtime, or finished early, your charter awaits.
