Payment options?

Payment is due at the time of the consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

What do I need to wear to my appointment?

We advise our patients to wear loose-fitting, casual clothing to appointments. It is typical during an appointment to undress to your underwear or have your top off so that we can see your spine. If you are uncomfortable with this please let your osteopath know.

Can I receive treatment if I am pregnant?

Yes you can. Our osteopaths are all trained to safely and effectively treat women throughout their pregnancy.

Can I claim on my private health insurance?

Yes you can. Provided that your cover includes extras, we have HICAPS facilities at the clinic which means that you can receive your private health cover rebate on the spot.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral as osteopaths are primary care practitioners, however we do accept referrals for patients with chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Program (CDM) allowing the patient to claim a rebate with medicare. (You will need to speak to your GP about this program).

I have been having severe pain in my hip and leg for over 18 months and after having 3 cortisone epidurals and physio nothing worked. Laura has managed in 3 treatments what all the others haven't, she has stopped my pain. Couldn't be happier.
