Great facilities but feel that if your not part of the 'clique' that you may feel isolated. (like i was)

My kids love it and they can do it alll year round. Professional and deducated instructors. Im enjoying the Yoga there too.

The fact my kids run to their classes there instead of being dragged is a direct result of the leadership and the instructor's passion for their sport. They want to help all the kids on their martial art journey. The interesting thing is their BJJ training has helped their fitness so much - it's incredible. I also do the Yoga there and there are plenty of parents who have started training there because of their kids. Definately worth trying out.

Good spirit but you need to consider to find a bigger place as because of popularity, location and good marketing you have too many people during a class, not comfortable for everyone I sure. Otherwise keep it up!

I have been training BJJ for 5 years and the facilities and quality of instruction at Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts is simply the best around. What really sets SPMA apart though is its great vibe and its friendly atmosphere. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. I couldnt recommend any academy more than SPMA to anyone interested in training BJJ.

I do yoga there and I love it. The teachers are great. I haven't done the martial arts but I hear the instructors are excellent from those who have. The mats are a bit smelly but I suppose thats par for the course for a gym.
