      What with 'booking fees' and outrageous 'Tariff fees' a six minute drive cost me $13.50!!! You thieves should be ashamed of yourselves

      Pre booked for the morning. Taxi did not show i contacted WST and was told the driver did come to the house! The woman i spoke to was rude, impatient and un apologetic accusing me of lying because all she said was the driver did show and that is all i can see on the system. I asked why did i not get a text message and the excuse was that i had not given my mobile number when i did when i booked! This experience has happened more than once and have lost patience and trust with the company. You have lost another customer. Very bad service. Will never refer you to anyone. Disappointed indeed!
