Classic Hair Design

Hairdresser was forty minutes late due to gossiping with her friend/client..hair from last client was not cleaned up before my appointment and the hairdresser nearly slipped over on it.. my hair was healthy long and I was booked for a style cut. What I walked out with cannot even be shown in public and looks like a child cut my hair with blunt scissors. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED - A refund was refused - just an offer to finish off the hacking my hair has been through. When attempting to speak with the manager she blocked me on the facebook site and has nog refunded my $45. I was also previously quoted over $300 for the same service the friend/client I waited for forty minutes past my appointment time to finish was charged $260. Salon very dirty. No hygiene in place whatsoever including washing hands between clients - #covid19
