Only a licensed surveyor (under the Surveyors Act 1992) of South Australia can determine the position of legal boundaries in South Australia. A licensed surveyor can also subdivide land, create community plans and lease plans. A licensed surveyor can also be used to check your title boundaries for encroachments prior to purchasing a property.
