Colleen has the experience and (empathetic) skills to help you on your journey to well-being. I came in wanting to improve my posture (due to shoulder pain) and Colleen was able to assist with not only that, but also with the mental blocks that limited my confidence.

She has a wealth of knowledge and creates a safe space to explore what could be causing your pain/discomfort.

Colleen provides a treatment that in my experiences has always been able to get great results.

I was diagnosed with shoulder bursitis a few years ago which I was advised to take cortisone injections for the rest of my life to mask the pain. After being recommended to see Colleen by a friend after a few visits she was able to heal my shoulder issues. I never took the cortisone and my shoulder has healed back to 100%.



She is a lovely woman and am thankful I was referred to see her. I highly recommend Colleen to anyone with any sort of health issues.

My experience of Bowen with Colleen was surprising different to all other traditional treatments l was used to.

10/10 recommend seeing Colleen for kids and babies! She is absolutely amazing, her skills are incredible and is such a delight to be around. I first saw her for my own issues while pregnant with my second baby. Colleen worked absolute wonders on me. I felt a huge difference almost immediately.

A few months later and both my girls see her too. My 2 year old loves going and my 3 month old sleeps and settles so much better since having 2 visits. I could not recommend Colleen highly enough.
