I have an after hours electrical problem, what is the best option?
To save yourself any unnecessary expense, check to see if you can solve the issue yourself. Check to see if you are the only building or house without power, there may be a power outage that needs reporting. If you have a circuit tripping try isolating the faulty device by unplugging all appliances then resetting the circuit breaker. Remember, only do so if safe and you feel confident in your ability. Failing this call us and we will happily attend to rectify the fault.
How are your charges based?
We can offer lump sum or fixed quote pricing for most projects or we can carry out works on agreed hourly rates plus materials and expenses. For commercial clients we can offer negotiated contract rates with hourly or unit pricing for regular tasks. After hours or emergency works have additional charges to cover penalty rates and awards.
