      I decided to upgrade my washing machine and chose manhos as I had heard nothing but great things. Unfortunately my experience has been awful. I chose a machine a traded my old one in (much cheaper than I should have) the machine they delivered was broken so a replacement was given the next day. The second machine started switching itself off intermittently. A service tech came out and got it going again. He told me that it was a known issue with that model and if it happened again and would be replaced. The machine broke down again on the last night of the warranty. I called the next morning and after A LOT of arguing with the manager they agreed to replace it with a smaller, cheaper machine AND I had to pay for delivery! This has me over $100 out of pocket. Luckily some good Samaritans in my neighbourhood helped me fetch the new machine which I now have at home. This machine however leaks water everywhere and leaves my clothes sopping wet at the end of the cycle. The ammount of money time stress and tears this company has caused me can not be captured in this review I'm now in the market for a WORKING washing machine but I certainly won't be going back here. I would be loathe to recommend this company to anybody I find their ethics and service abhorrent.

      There's no diplomatic way of saying this- do not use this company!
      We had a problem with our washing machine, a 3 year old Bosch. I got in contact with them and they visited on Saturday 13/12 and its now Wed 17/12 and still haven't heard from them. They charged the service call out and never returned.
      When I called them, the man on the other end of the phone tried to convince me to replace the washing machine altogether because he couldn't find the part and even if he found it, it would cost over $200. I asked him if he was serious- to replace a $2000 machine simply because the part to fix it would cost $200? And yes, he was completely serious. So he is apparently still looking for the part.
      I asked him where he had looked and he replied "all over Canberra and Sydney and with Bosch and Mayne and Cochrane ". At this point i just ended the conversation as i knew he was lying- Mayne and Cochrane DO NOT touch anything Bosch related!!!!
      A total waste of time and money. Thats $95 ill never see again
