My Father has presented with an impacted bowel 4 times, twice by ambulance with Specialist requesting him to call an amulance or present at the hospital, each time not admitted, given a nausea tablet or told to take 8 sachets of movicol which he has been doing already..Dr saw him for 10 minutes. Father has not eaten for 2 weeks and has lost 13 kg since xmas..They said we can't help you after hours of waiting?. Isn't a hospital supposed to help people? This one does not! and the ambulance service at 4am asked him to drive in 40 mins from the hospital in agony???
