Professional, really helpful and friendly

Mat came from Gilgandra after being contacted by RACQ to find us 56km out of town with a broken spring under our caravan following an unfriendly encounter with a nasty pothole. He quickly organised to get our van onto his flat bed truck and we followed him back into town. This was at 5.00pm on a Friday evening. Nothing to be done that night and with no replacement springs available in Gillie the plan was to get one from Dubbo (60km away) on Saturday morning. Mat made the trip himself and visited 4 different workshops to find the necessary part. He then returned to Gillie and fitted it in short time. By 1.00pm we were on our way. All at a reasonable price with no hassles. Matt’s fee for transporting the van on his flat bed truck was covered by RACQ. We would recommend May without any hesitation.
