My parcel arrived and being held at the local depot for over 4 days with no information on delivery. There is no contact for the local depot to get exact information on delivery status. The customer service team is clueless and disconnected with the operations team making them useless for customer service.

I was waiting the parcel for all day and even wrote memo that leave the parcel if there is no one.
They didn't ring the doorbell or call, and just left the card.
I am trying to call them, but never respond.
No communication, no common sense, no response - This is terrible

I don't believe that you can call this a service. My parcel is now 14 days overdue. Phone number provided doesn't work. The automated response keeps saying the issue is being investigated and we will get back to you in 2 days. Never happens. People have to do something to call this a service.

No way to contact them, delivered one package but apparently couldn't leave the other which I've been waiting for the longest. It's a Christmas present, I'm in a small town, no one is taking anything from my house. Now you're charging me $5.50 for a redelivery. SUPER ANNOYED

Is this actually a legitimate business?
Unable to contact via phone.....any of the depots in Australia!
My emails have not been returned!
My parcel status is delivered to mailbox even though they do not deliver iny area......so where is my parcel?

Courier left parcel front door we were home never rang door bell just left at front door..He said
I don't have to ring bell 11 am 23/04/24 he was very rude.

If I could give 0 stars that would be more suitable.
This is not a service provider as what they pretend to offer is not service.
They are impossible to get hold of on the phone and their response to emailed parcel enquiry's is as good as their phone response.
I'm disgusted that this company even exists

Missed the delivery at home. Funny about that, I'm at work at 1pm during the week.
No notification of it coming, scanned in Melbourne 2 days prior then nothing till a failed delivery.
Went to depot at 1.15pm the next day only to find them closed!! Modified open hours of 8am-12pm for the 27th, 28th & 29th December.
Now another wasted 1 hr round trip from work on Tuesday 2nd Jan to collect!!
Worst "courier" company ever......
